Product Characteristics and Purpose
The closure part of the valve is wedge/disc/ball,the purpose of using closure part is to improve the auxiliary sealing load,the valve sealing performance is good, easy to operate, flexible, labor-saving.

Working Principle and Structural Characteristics
① Working Principle

Installation
① The installation of the valve is the key to determine the service life of the valve. Improper installation of the valve performance is very likely to decline, so the following points should be confirmed before installing the valve:
A. Carefully disassemble the valve packaging, check the label or label against the list of materials, specifications and specifications to ensure that it meets the order requirements.
B. Special warning labels or labels attached to or accompanying valves must be noted and appropriate measures taken.
C. Check the valve to indicate the flow direction of the sign, the valve medium flow is generally not restricted. If the medium flow direction is marked, the valve should be installed in accordance with the specified flow direction.
D. Check whether the inside of the valve is clean, and whether there is foreign matter and harmful corrosion through the channels at both ends of the valve.
E. Before installing the valve, check whether the pipe connected to the valve is clean and whether there are foreign objects.
F. Check the mating surface of the flange, and if any defects are found that may cause leakage (such as deep grooves or surface indentations caused by misoperation), they should be repaired before installation.
G. Check the material of the gasket to see if the selected gasket can meet the requirements of the pipeline.
② Assemble the valves to the pipes
A. The valve should be installed horizontally or vertically on the pipeline, pay attention to the handwheel or gear head position up to prevent inversion.
B. Operate carefully to ensure good alignment of the mating flange. Apply appropriate lubricant to bolt threads. During assembly, the bolts should be tightened in sequence so that the initial contact between the flange and the gasket is as smooth and parallel as possible. The bolts should be tightened gradually and evenly to avoid the two flanges twisting each other. The use of torque wrenches helps to ensure the correct connection of the flange bolts and the final uniform tightening.
