A butterfly valve is a valve whose closing part (disc) is a disc, which rotates around the valve shaft to open and close. It mainly plays a role of cutting off and throttling on the pipeline. The butterfly plate is driven by the valve stem. If it rotates 90°, it can complete one opening and closing. By changing the deflection angle of the butterfly plate, the flow of the medium can be controlled. Commonly used butterfly valves include wafer-type butterfly valves, lug-type butterfly valves and flange-type butterfly valves. Butterfly valves are suitable for pipelines that transport various corrosive and non-corrosive fluid media in engineering systems such as generators, coal gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, city gas, hot and cold air, chemical smelting, power generation and environmental protection, and building water supply and drainage. They are used to regulate and cut off the flow of media.

Triple Offset Butterfly Valves

Triple eccentric butterfly valve is a performance butterfly valve, the design principle is to realize the open and close of the valve through triple eccentric structures.
The triple eccentric are divide into:
First eccentric: Stem axis deviates from the center
Second eccentric: Disc center deviates from stem axis
Third eccentric: The disc seal surface has a conical eccentricity relative to the seat
This design enables the disc to fit to the seat tightly when closed, it release from the seat quickly when open, improve service life.

Concentric Butterfly Valve

Concentric butterfly valve is basic valve, the center of the disc coincides with the axis of the valve stem, and the center of the disc is located on the center line of the pipeline.Simple design, compact structure, suitable for low pressure and normal temperature work environment.

Double Offset Butterfly Valve

Double eccentric butterfly valve design is based on 2 eccentric structures:
First eccentric:Stem axis deviates from center
Second eccentric:Disc deviates from stem axis
This design enable the disc to contact the seat gradually when closed, reduce impact and wear, at the same time, it disengages from the seat quickly when open, reduce friction.

Cryogenic Butterfly Valve

The double seal of valve stem lip-seal + packing can reduce the amount of packing.
The extended valve cover design strictly controls the gap between the valve stem and the extended neck, reduces the cold flow, and prevents the packing from freezing, resulting in increased switching torque and scratches on the valve stem.
The gland and the gland sleeve adopt a self-centering design to effectively prevent the gland from being unevenly stressed and causing imbalance.
The finite element-assisted design is used to obtain the optimal wall thickness of the extended valve cover to ensure the best cooling effect.
The drip plate design increases the cooling area and prevents the packing from freezing; it effectively prevents condensed water from dripping onto the valve body.
The valve seat sealing surface is hardened to ensure that it will not be scratched at low temperatures.
A drainage groove is set at the packing port of the extended valve cover to effectively prevent condensed water from entering the packing cavity.
The special cutting method of the four-open ring ensures that the four-open ring forms a complete ring structure after assembly, with uniform force and better pressure bearing effect.
The internal top-mounted structure facilitates online pipeline maintenance.
The detachable sealing pair design has an elastic supplementary function at low temperatures, a lower leakage rate, and better performance.
The oblique cone pin fixing structure effectively prevents the butterfly plate from reversing under the pressure difference and causing internal leakage.
All fasteners in contact with low temperatures are fully threaded.
