The bonnet of Cryogenic Gate Valve is designed as a long-neck structure that is convenient to keep cold to ensure that the temperature at the bottom of the stuffing box is kept above 0℃. A pressure relief hole is provided on the inlet side of the gate to prevent abnormal pressure rise in the cavity of the valve body. The valve material is subjected to cryogenic temperature impact test to ensure that the material will not be brittle damage at cryogenic temperature. Used for cryogenic temperature gate valve below -101℃, the valve parts would be cryogenic treated 2 times at least before assembling.

PRECAUTIONS FOR FORGED STEEL CRYOGENIC GATE VALVE：

1.Valve cave of Forged Steel Gate Valve with extended stem should be observed to be flush with the sealing ring seat.2.Grease should be added in time to prevent wear when the medium is gasoline.3.Don’t ignore the grease injection on the stem when injecting grease.4.If there is a sliding sleeve or packing on the valve shaft, it is also necessary to maintain the lubrication state to reduce the frictional resistance during operation. If lubrication cannot be ensured, the torque will increase during electric operation and wear parts will be laborious during manual operation.
