The tilting disc check valve is a non slam check valve. Its main advantage is to overcome the impact and water hammer phenomenon caused by swing check valve and lift check valve, and realize non-impact operation.
SPECIFICATION:

Size: 2″-32″
Pressure:150LB-900LB, JIS10K-20K
Main Material: WCB (A105), LCB (LF2), LCC, WC6 (F11), CF8M (316), CF3M (316L).
Service: Water, Steam, Oil, Nitric Acid, Acetic Acid, Oxidizing Medium, Urea and other medium.
Temperature: -29°C~+545°C
Connection ends: Flange, Butt welding, Threaded, Socket Welding etc.

FEATURE:

Double eccentric disc.
Micro-elastic metal seat, good sealing performance.
Butterfly type disc, quickly opened, long lifetime.
Small flow resistance.
