In November 2015, cooperated with Kingdee Software (China) Co., Ltd. to develop the project of “Web-based PLM system supporting product innovation and its application in valve manufacturing industry”, Dedicated to the application of PLM systems in the valve manufacturing industry to manage all product-related information (including part information, configuration, documentation, CAD files, structure, permission information, etc.) and all product-related processes.
To realize the two-dimensional drawing using open mesh CAD and AutoCAD software, three-dimensional drawing using Solidworks, ProE and UG software, analysis using finite element ANSYS and FLUENT software,It fully realizes the informatization of technical documents, greatly improves the degree of product standardization, and accelerates the product design process of technical center,Improve the design and manufacturing accuracy,It is conducive to the management of the whole life cycle of the product, strengthen the efficient use of documents, drawings and data, standardize the work flow, and lay a solid foundation for improving the company’s technological innovation ability, quality control ability and enterprise management level.

In May 2016, the company’s PLM system has taken shape, and then officially launched the Kingdee ERP system, which realized the unified management of capital flow, logistics and information flow, and solved the drawbacks of internal information obstruction and management difficulties.Through the deep integration with the production workshop, the inventory turnover rate of raw materials, products in production and finished goods inventory is effectively controlled. Due to a series of human, financial and material effects such as inventory cost reduction, labor saving, procurement cost saving, etc., the production cost is reduced.
With the expansion of the group’s business and scale, and the continuous increase of management and business modules, the original information means can no longer fully meet the company’s development needs.In order to solve some bottleneck problems in the traditional product design system, manufacturing system and management system, such as uncontrollable production schedule, high manufacturing costs, difficult project management, long design cycle and technical preparation cycle, product design and process design data can not effectively support the intensive management and group management of enterprises.
